.Install 3 AA batteries in the Battery Compartment on the underside of the lamp.
.Turn the light on,slide the Power Switch to the right,then blow strongly into the top of the Chimney.
.To adjust the brightness of the light,turn the Dimmer Knob clockwise for brighter light and counterclockwise for the dimmer light.
.To turn the light off,blow into the top of the Chimeny again.To ensure the light is not unintentionally turned on,slide the power swtich to the left.
.The Chinmeny can be removed for cleaning by pulling or twisting is apart from the rest of the unit.To clean,wipe with a dry or damp cloth.
.Remove batteries before storing the lamp for long periods of time.
