Outer Ring Letter Printer Device

Inclined hydraulic automatic printer is the supporting equipment of yt-80 flow bearing automatic turning line of the company. It is specially used for stamping the outer ring of the bearing. The machining range of the machine tool is 10 to 100 diameters.
This machine tool can be connected with yt-80 automatic turning production line to organize automatic continuous production.
The machine tool is easy to operate with a high degree of automation. To produce bearings of different specifications, you only need to change the tooling and slightly adjust.

2. The marking stroke of piston rod is 100mm.
3. Hydraulic system pressure: 5.5-7mpa.
4. Workpiece pressure: 3.5-4.0mpa.
5. Rated power of oil pump motor: 3.75kw rated voltage: AC380V.
6. The single production cycle is about 1-1.2 seconds.
