Only Palatable Wine

On April 9, 2022, China Shaoxingjiu Group Corp. and China Oriental Performing Arts Group Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Beijing, releasing the jointly-designed Gu Yue Long Shan Guoniang 1959 Huangjiu (the cyan version) named “Only Poetic Dance, Only Palatable Wine”. The product packaging is mainly in green color and is decorated with elegant elements of the dance piece. Shaoxing hand-made Huangjiu, which has been stored in the central warehouse of Gu Yue Long Shan for 20 years, is filled into the unique celadon flowing water pattern bottle now. The Huangjiu inside was brewed according to ancient techniques: making Chinese yeast in summer, making wheat starter in autumn, starting brewing in early winter, and starting pressing in early spring of the following year. There were 222 processes in total, lasting nearly 280 days. Jiangnan University and the National Huangjiu Engineering Technology Center have found that the product is rich in more than 400 flavor substances, of which 29 key substances conform to the golden ratio. Therefore, people can enjoy better drinking pleasure.
