Automatic vacuum suction machine
LINK's high efficiency vacuum suction machine can be used together with rope opener machine, stenter (before or after squeezer), washing machine, dryer. Fabric moisture is lower after vacuum suction, so that improve the speed of the drying machine.
It's installed in the inlet position of stenter, after squeezer.
It's suitable for all kinds of knit and woven fabric. Can automatically track and adjust suction width according to fabric width. Automatically detect and adjust negative pressure according to given negative pressure based on different fabric type. Once set up negative pressure value, suction strength will always keep same. With 18.5kw Taiwan pump and it's made of steel with paint. Can reduce fabric moisture and improve stenter running speed 10-20% according to different fabric type. Steam & water separators and silencer are made of SUS304. Suction nozzle is made of SUS304.
