Introduction to the Production Process of the Stenter Machine
The temperature range of the fume and exhaust gas is about 180-190°C, and the fume and exhaust gas generated by the single setting machine is mostly above 12000-15000m3/h, which in total is about 12000-15000m3/h. The concentration of soot in the waste fume is generally in the range of 200 to 1000 mg/m3 during production process.
At present, there are two production lines for purification and treatment, and the amount of fume and exhaust gas by each line is 12000~15000m3/h. The designed treatment air volume is 15,000 m3/h, and the fume and exhaust gas outlet temperature is about 180-210 °C (the temperature after cooling is about 50-60 °C). The concentration of soot in the exhaust gas may vary depending on the ingredients.
