The tensionless doubling plaiting machine is perfect tool for plaiting fabric in one meter/yard folding.Fabric can be folded and plaited from loose status. Fabric is accurated plaited at high speed in meter/yard to make sure production efficiency.

FEATURES:

1.Infrared activated centering system ensures the alignment of fabric edge within 3cm;

2. J-box structure can signficantly reduce the tension of fabric during plaiting process.

3. Non-contact inductive electronic counter to ensure count is accuare and reliable;

4.A/C inveter provide variable speed adjustable from 0-60meter/min.

5. Clear and easy use control panel ensure the workers to operate more conveniently.

6.Front and back emergency stop switch will increase operational safety.

7.Use flannel, rubber and needle plate for pressing fabric according to fabric's features.
