3. Product features:
(1) The rectifier transformer adopts high magnetic conductivity cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, designed into three-phase five-column, six-phase or 12-phase unbalanced reactor output structure, energy saving than the general three-phase three-column rectifier transformer about 10%.
② It has the function of automatic voltage stabilizing and current limiting, current stabilizing and voltage limiting. The output voltage and current can be continuously adjusted.
1) Voltage stabilizing and current limiting function: when the rectifier is working in this state, if the load changes, the voltage will be stable and the current will change with the load. When the current reaches or will exceed the rated current, it is automatically in the current limiting state, that is, the maximum current does not exceed the rated current, and the voltage will drop.
2) Current stabilizing and voltage limiting function: when the rectifier is working in this state, if the load changes, the current will be stable and the voltage will change with the load. When the voltage reaches or will exceed the rated voltage, it is automatically in the voltage limit state, that is, the maximum voltage does not exceed the rated voltage, and the current drops.
③ It has high and reliable over-current and short-circuit protection function. When the load current exceeds 50% of the rated value, the rectifier will automatically block the output pulse, and the operation time is 10ms.
④ It has the function of under-voltage and phase protection. When the three-phase power line is under voltage or missing phase, the rectifier will automatically block the output pulse, and the operation time is 10ms.
(5) This product is equipped with remote control box or a centralized computer monitoring system for the use of multiple devices (need to be specified when ordering).
The main transformer adopts two vacuum dip paint or hot dip paint, drying.
