  this power supply is designed for low voltage large current low ripple special wear-resisting plating requirements and design. The power supply is mainly used in military enterprises for hard chrome plating of wear-resisting parts such as guns, guns and tanks or hard chrome plating of piston ring of cylinder and roll of rolling mill with ultra-low ripple.

3. Product features:
① It has the function of automatic voltage stabilizing and current limiting, current stabilizing and pressure limiting.

When the current reaches or will exceed the rated current, it will automatically be in the current limiting state, that is, the maximum current will not exceed the rated current.

Three, the working principle
① Main circuit working principle
●SKDF-12X twelve phase ultra-low ripple thyristor cycle commudation rectifier using the original side thyristor voltage regulation, two △/Y- and Y/Y- people composed of twelve phase rectifier transformer. The secondary side is composed of SCR inverse parallel contactless commutator and integrated control circuit.
The original side thyristor voltage regulation to implement output DC voltage stepless voltage regulation and automatic control of various functions, the auxiliary side thyristor by the cycle commutation control circuit to implement contactless commutation;
● 12 phase rectifier output after the use of LC filter, so that the voltage ripple coefficient is less than 1%, the performance can be fully comparable with the imported similar products.
